IT helpdesk agent Position
Job DescriptionTo help SAIS IT with Information technology tickets, events and regular IT requests. You will receive a basic training.
1- Mid to advance knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office applications
2- At least 10 hours a week.
2- Flexible on schedule changes.
3- Weekend work is required, but only if we have an event on the weekend or an IT project.
4- The ability to lift computer equipment and peripherals such as printers and monitors( More details will be provided) during the interview.
5- Computer skills to troubleshoot and provide assistance to student/staff and faculty members
6-Work with the IT team and customer service oriented
7- Other tasks as needed.
8- Must be on time for work and a week notice for schedule changes, unless there is an emergency.
9- Weekend hours as needed by IT support.
